Flournoy Properties began managing multifamily apartment communities in 1971 with 285 units located in Columbus, Georgia. Expanding throughout the Southeast and Midwest, our portfolio grew to 13,000 units, until 1997 when a portion of the portfolio was merged with a REIT. Flournoy Properties currently manages over 10,000 units located throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. With our development affiliate developing new communities each year, our portfolio continues to grow.
